We’re excited to introduce RRL Rewards, a loyalty program created exclusively for Rapid Response Lodging guests. We believe that every time you choose to stay with us, that loyalty should mean something. With RRL Rewards, every eligible stay gives you the opportunity to earn points simply for doing what you’re already doing—staying with RRL. The longer you stay, the more opportunities you have to earn. And when one assignment ends and another begins, come back to RRL and keep earning. Stay. Earn. Return. Repeat.

There are plenty of loyalty programs out there, and we had no interest in creating another program filled with points that sound impressive but don’t feel rewarding. RRL Rewards is being built around one simple idea: VALUE. Our goal is to create one of the most rewarding loyalty experiences in lodging, where the points you accumulate can lead to rewards you’ll actually be excited to use. We want every RRL Rewards member to look forward to watching their balance grow because they know those points can eventually open the door to something worthwhile.

We also don’t believe your rewards should limit you to one hotel chain, one destination, or one type of benefit. RRL Rewards is all about giving you choices. Available rewards may include opportunities for hotel stays and travel, popular gift cards, special RRL benefits, and other exciting reward options as the program continues to grow. Keeping track of everything will be easy. Every RRL Rewards member will have access to a personal rewards account, allowing you to check your points balance, review your activity, watch your points accumulate, and explore available rewards. Members will also receive their own personalized RRL Rewards membership card, complete with their name, Member Since date, and unique RRL Rewards number. It’s your membership, your points, and your rewards—all in one place.
